AJA Bangladesh Ltd is a member of Sedex and Social and Labor Convergence Program (SPLC). We are working toward to gain Association of Professional Social Compliance Auditors (APSCA) approval. Our Advisor (Dr. Ricahrd J Murphy) developed the first Social Responsivity Management (SRM) for the textiles industries in Bangladesh in 2003.
Our Auditors are trained extensively to make sure we carry out these assessments professionally and with integrity. Our activities are internationally recognised by many industries, organisations and multinational companies and we operate in various industry sectors, including textiles, food, feed, packaging and leather.
Our audits are based either on ILO-based international standards, or undertaken to your own code of conduct. We can also assist in developing a code of conduct for you.

|The Social and Labor Convergence Program||SLCP uses a multi-stakeholder and inclusive organization and approach. Signatories include manufacturers, retailers and brands, agents and audit firms/service providers, as well as organizations in the public sector, standard holders, civil society organizations and multi-stakeholder organizations with an interest in converging assessments and improving labor and social conditions. SLCP will be accountable to signatories through an annual meeting (annual general assembly).
